Assembly and Instructions
UNPACKING:
Open & remove contents from box
Inspect blister and labels for any defects (Set aside top clear pill sheet)
Take 1 blister and 1 label Return remaining blisters and labels into box
OPTIONAL: Print label with your information.
FILLING:
Line up Pill Blister cavity with Box cut out
Place blister into display box cut outs
Fill Pill Prep tray with required doses
Fill the blister sheet with your pills
LABEL ASSEMBLY:
Remove only the positioning strip backing from the back of the label
Position the label with the holes over the positioning pins of the blister
Press down the positioning portion of the label onto the blister
Turn the label over
Remove the label backing web
Run a credit over the label pressing the label to the pill blister
The label should now be firmly attached to the pill blister and the pill cavities should be sealed. Remove Sealed Pill Blister from the Pill Organizer Box.
Tearing desired portions:
Fold portion of blister before tearing off your dose
At ProPillPak we do our best to inspect our pill blisters and labels prior to shipping. However, if you find a product with defects, please get in touch with us.We can arrange a replacement but ask that you inspect products prior to assembly to qualify for a refund.
Directions: It is recommended that you fill your weekly pill and vitamin organizer once a week with your dosage requirements. Be careful to insert the proper dosages of dry medication into the correct day and time pill blister cavities.
Visually inspect the correct individual dosage prior to administering. If unsure, ask a pharmacist, physician, or nurse to help with organizing your medication. Not recommended for use with liquids or suppositories.
CAUTION: THESE PILL BLISTER ORGANIZERS ARE NOT A CHILD SAFE PACKAGE. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND OTHER UNAUTHORIZED USERS.
Instructions for printing your custom labels
Download and save label print link to your Microsoft 365 OneDrive Folder. Download file for printing custom labels
Open the saved Excel file
Enter your Name, Starting Date and Pill Doses per Day (yellow cells only)
Each of the 28 Doses will have your Name and the Doses per Day by Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner and Select Time and Date. From the Bottom left Dose to the Top right Dose.
Before printing the supplied Label please test print on a regular 8.5"x 11" paper.
Before applying the printed Label to the Pill Blister Sheet please verify correct printed sheet, Name , Date, Dose per Day.
